Dave, does that device attached to the throttle lever in your top picture actually work to hold the lever in position? I have a NOS one with a small IH decal on it that I picked up years ago and was told at the time it was to hold a 450 etc throttle in position. I've showed it to several people and nobody has seen one before. Can you provide me with some insight on that little fellow?? (I haven't acquired a 450 yet to try it on)
