Depending upon the starter you may only need a new drive and commutator end frame to change from CCW to CW rotation. A replacement end frame will probably come with instructions on how to assemble it since it is the same part number now for either starter.
The three bolt drive end frame is going to be the hard part since there may not be an after market supplier for them. If you can come up with the right end frame a starter for something like a 77 Oliver may have all the other parts needed. The Oliver starter I have here has a three bolt DE frame but I don't think the bolt pattern will match the IH equipment. IH kind of did there own thing on starter bolt patterns on these older tractors.
