Brute force on even a lightly stuck assembled engine, is not good.
At a minimum, broken rings and severe cylinder scratches.
if lots of water is present, lots of broken parts and even bent rods.(BN I bought that the PO used brute force on had a badly bent rod. Looking at it in your hand, ya think 'that's impossible' But, there it is)
Very short term stuck, without disassembly.
plugs out, get the water out, soak with your favorite solvent for a few days, rock a back tire in gear once in awhile. At the first sign of fan movement,
switch to oil in the cylinders, soak another day, squirt some more oil in, and slowly turn it by hand with the plugs out.
Once it turns smoothly, keep spinning that rear tire until that oil pressure gauge moves. Put the plugs back in and start it...outside :D
