My 574 acts like it is out of gas. Sediment bulb screen is clean, seem to get plenty of gas without sediment bulb on, so I don't think rust in tank is the culprit.let it set a few minutes, hit the starter and she'll run for few seconds, then die like she's out of gas. Gas does run real slow out of drain plug in carb. Could fuel pump be bad?
