On a SMLP early ones used the same manifold as a gasoline SM. After that SM through 450 used a LP manifold with the intake and exhaust not joined at the center.
What most call a LP head didn't start being used until up into 400 production. Ones with the smaller combustion chamber.
Most times the head casting number is found under the valve cover near the center.
Unless the head has pockets above the manifold openings that some would hold fluid you don't have a late LP head.
Aftermarket is selling LP manifolds and heads. If you do a internet search of Farmall LP head or Farmall LP manifold lots of pictures come up.
