Yup! got a similar limiter to the smaller F-H. that cross tube under the rear end is part of it. There should be a shaft with a tri-angle shaped plate welded to it on the right side with a hole and a slot... then a linkage that goes to an eye-bolt in the right arm and a linkage between the eye-bolt and plate. Pin thru slot limits how far it can sway and pin in the hole is supposed to stop sway. Not the best of set-ups as there had to be quite a bit of engineering in the linkage to limit sway at varying heights and I think that is why they are easily broken.
