B414s came with 30 mm VNs or VNNs. VN is the one with the economy valve and accelerator pump. I've fixed many and rarely needed a kit. If you do need one - McDonald Carb sells them (or at least last year he did). Also floats, throttle shafts, etc. The 30 MM VN carb like you have was also used on several British cars.
