What does this carb fit?

I rebuilt the carb on my '41 Farmall A, only to find it really does not fit properly. It had small bolts installed so there was enough slop for it to mount up to the intake. The choke shaft and throttle shaft that came in the Tisco rebuild kit did not fit right(I ordered based on year/model of the tractor).

The carb is a Zenith. On the bottom is a stamp "B2". On the top is a tag "10850A". I measured the carb; the holes are 2-1/4" on center. Next I measured the intake; the holes are 2-3/8" on center.

Any idea's what this carb is really for?
