Just finished putting the Super C engine back together. It runs and sounds nice. I ran it for about an hour mowing with a belly mower. When I first start it up the oil pressure is about 45psi, but once the engine warms up the oil pressure runs about 30psi. At idle the pressure runs about 5psi when warm. I'm running 10-30 oil. I checked all the new bearings with plasigauge and everything is in tolerance. Does that oil pressure seem low? I guess I never paid attention to the oil pressure before I rebuilt it. I'm thinking about putting a new oil pump in. Anybody have any advice? Dale
