Charlie I know this "can't be done", but I'm baling hay with a very tired '51 Super A and a #46 baler. Just did a portion of a field where the grass was 4-6' tall when cut. The pick-up was often stuffed and it was spitting out a bale about every 50'. Yes, it makes the old girl work, but once it gets everything rolling, it seems to do really well.
