On either side of the tractor, is a link running forward to the cultivator from the lift rockshaft. There you should see a coil spring along that link, with a set screw at either end of it, if memory serves me correct. It will likely be a square head, 1/2" wrench I think. The link is a rod at one end that slides in a tube at the other end, joined by the spring. You can adjust the link for length, with those set screws.
