The Red Power Roundup was held in Bloomsburg PA in 2003 and again in 2007 near as I can tell.
Anyway, that's about as Northeast as it's gotten. Apparently it was a success as they held it there twice, and this year they had the "Red Power Showdown" at the same site.
You've got to consider that the more centralized you make the show, the more people come. If you pigeon-hole it on the East coast, then EVERYONE has to drive a long-long way to get there, except East coasters.
Also, in moving around, the show is close to SOME people at least once. The USA is a big country, so it may be several years before it comes back around to where it's near you.

Today's Featured Article - Oil Bath Air Filters - by Chris Pratt. Some of us grew up thinking that an air filter was a paper thing that allowed air to pass while trapping dirt particles of a particles of a certain size. What a surprise to open up your first old tractor's air filter case and find a can that appears to be filled with the scrap metal swept from around a machine shop metal lathe. To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?"). On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
