I can recite some information from the 1998 Hot Line Farm Equipment Guide, which you can obtain from the company (800) 673-4763. For the Farmall F-12 mfg. 1932-38, the Hot Line guide indicates the serial numbers for that year begin with #117518. The average auction price by condition listed in the 1998 guide is: Low $300; High $580; Avg. $365. These prices seem low to me based on limited experience at auctions in Minnesota/South Dakota this past year--maybe the 1999 used tractor price guides will reflect this? I suggest you find a copy of Antique Power or Red Power magazine for the want ads' prices, as a potential guide for the value of your tractor.
