Hi Dana: you may want to try to remove the spark plugs and squirt some kerosine (couple teaspoons) in each cylinder, then just let it soak for a day. If you have a hand crank try and free it, if it hasn't been frozen up too long it may free up? But if it has been frozen for some time there will be little hope and you will have to get into it. Bob
