Go to the left side of this page and click on "Article Archives" then slide down to "step by step 12 volt conversion by Bob Melville. This article will take you through the conversion. I did it on our H and it worked fine. The only suggestion I have is to get the Altinator at a Junk yard. If you get it at a parts store, you can't return it if it doesn;t work. A Junk yard will swap you another one.
