Wow, I might be wrong here, and do not hve a camera, and I didn't take off my hood, but I think you're missing some parts; 1. There's a spring in mine, keeps a equalizer bracket centered, where the throttle rod bolt runs thorough the Y-bracket. You don't have them. 2. I don't think there is supposed to be a nylon-lock-nut and a separate bolt and some extra nuts in there. 3. Note, the throttle rod is not a solid rod, it is a hollow tube on mine, [tragic tale], so yours might have been broken and repaired on yours. Might be shorter than original.
