I've personally not used PB Blaster. To date all my penetrating oil requirements have been met with Kroil from Kano Labs, Nashville, TN. Check their web site. I have a '52 John Deere G that sat outside, wide open for 15 years. Needless to say, when I bought it the motor was stuck. I dumped a gallon of Kroil in the cylinders and let it set over the winter. When I pulled the head the following spring, I got about a quart of junk out of the rh cylinder. I was able to put a pry bar between the starter nose cone and the flywheel and with the slightest leverage that motor broke loose. I've been using it ever since. And that includes on my F-20 that was stuck at TDC, with #3 full of rust, scale, walnut hulls, etc. Kroil also broke that one loose with little effort.
