IH 404 sometimes will start sometimes wont, sometimes needs ether, will run for a while then dies, has backfired a couple of times and burped back through air cleaner oil a couple of times, any suggestions? is it a timing issue? it belongs to my FIL and he wants me to sell it but I want to get it right before sale, it has a side sickle mower on it,thanks for your help, you guys are a great source of valuable information.
