On my 806 (SN #501) and on every other 301-263 gas engine the most common oil leak is on the side tappet cover gasket. The fix is to replace the gasket AND all 16 of the rubber washered retaining screws. Don't be afraid to use some RTV on the gasket either. Be sure to check the side cover for warpage. As for your head gasket leak, does it get any better with a warmer engine?? Try retorqing the head bolts again. This may help.
