It's your choice as everyone has an idea of what looks best for them and no two restored tractors are ever going to look the same. On my recently restored Farmall 240 I painted the starter and generator black as an almost 60 year old tractor most likely wouldn't still have the originals on the tractor. I also left all the hoses and other rubber type parts black as they would have all been replacements also. Since most everything was painted off the tractor the radiator is also still black. I personally like a little color contrast with the black to just an entire red tractor which is more what they were when they left the factory. Make yourself happy with the way you want it to look and satisfy yourself for the hard work it takes, Hal.
