They are a 544 with a heavy duty front axle for use with front loader and/or backhoe, mostly always painted yellow, labeled as International not a Farmall because of not being a adjustable width row crop tractor. 656 shared a lot of commonality of design & parts. I don't think most FE (agriculture dealers) could sell them unless they also held a CE (construction) IH contract. Mechanically should be a tough tractor as they had a 4 cyl gas or diesel with less HP than the 656 6 cyl.
