W.E.Hebbard made shop mules out of As and the rotated the finals had to do some work for the brake bands but yes you can do it. I Guy i know did it to an A he is making a "lowboy" out of one he made a slot for the brake rods and relocated the bands to do it so if you can figure out the brake system do it. Hebbard made new linkage to do it and mounted the brake bands in their original place. You will need to drill new holes to bolt it up but thats not hard to do. Then you will need to make a new pedestal for the front wheels but the axel assy can be used forthat just cut it off and weld a plate on top to fasten to the steering sector. Or just make a wide front. Go for it. Now i made a plate on the lathe for the bolt pattern on the rear welded it to 15in rims and use 235x15 rear tires. Made a new pedestal and used 13in spares for tires so the tractor sets level. If you want to do that i can make you some plates to bolt to the rear axles and you can weld them to any rim you like.
