600 and 650 are the same tractor for all practical purposes, and those would be equipped with power steering more often than the Supers or pre-Supers.
Problem is finding one with the power steering intact, in a parts lot. These tractors are rare and I would dare to guess that most all of them are in the hands of collectors somewhere due to parts being so hard to find.
If all you did was post a classified ad here, you haven't even scratched the surface yet. I equate that to needing a new toaster, looking out your front window, and saying "I can't find anyone that sells new toasters."
