Hi as Allen said, problem would appear to be fuel system. Take fuel line off at inlet to carb and check fuel flow. I am not sure if this model has a fuel pump or not. If no fuel pump then the fuel should flow the full of the fuel line, If there is a fuel pump then you will have to attempt to start engine to see fuel flow. There maybe an inlet filter in carb or there maybe junk in tank clogging outlet. Sometimes blowing compressed air back towards the fuel tank will blow junk out of tank outlet but this is only short term fix.
