It seemed to be plugged in the line near the tank maybe even the little check valve was stuck? It does work. Tractor did sit for a few years I was told Like I said it never sounded quit right to me but did seem to have good power I have not had a chance to take it out and work it other than run it down the road and pull the hill back home which I can usually get a pretty good feel for power on it that way it's a pretty good grade with 3 short steep spots in it
