I picked up an A-22 sickle bar mower for my SA a couple years ago. It's cut a goodly bunch of hay, and ditches, and fence lines, and is about the third most useful attachment I have for the tractor. It gets mounted in the spring, and stays on all summer.
Last winter when putting on the front blade, it seemed the right side TC arm was 'off' a bit. Now it's obvious that the bounce of carrying the bar 7 months a year through rough fields is eventually gonna snap that arm because it's torqued back about 10 degrees compared to the other side.
In all likelihood the OEM part is obsolete, but IIRC they did make a "heavy duty" arm for use with the mowers (my TC-39 has apparently been abducted by aliens). There is no good tractor salvage yard anywhere nearby. What part# would I be looking for, and where might I find one?
