a piece of 1/2x2 or 3 flat long enough to fit across the bottom of the sleeve and a piece on the top with something that will clear the sleeve and some 3/4 thread rod and there you go easier to rent one if you dont have any tools to make one you can buy one reasonable at sears or CENTRAL TRACTOR
