A measurement of 4.125 would be the direct drop in thin wall sleeve that is the normal replacement sleeve for those engines since about 1958. If you can feel a ridge I would recommend replacement but of course it will work with your measurements unless it is scored. Have to be sure to measure pistons also as they often collapse some and give you more problems than the wear in the sleeve plus the top ring groove if most likely worn and need machining and a shim if reused.
