Thanks for the info. Around here I will pull 3500 like my super c. The 230 was all rebuilt with high compression pistons, then parked for ten years. Seems to run good so i want to try it. I have a c-153 with flywheel done and 140 fan tucked away that it might get over winter. Also just picked up a 240 just for the new 12.4 firestones that runs great. Plenty of parts and motors to build a decent 230. Should be enough to keep me busy over winter. I just thought that my 153 might have a plate that i could rob for now, i'll have to look
