Jake ,it will fit on your H. I had one on mine.
I took it off when I quit plowing fields with it.
It fits on your swinging drawbar. It mounts on the right side of the rear main drawbar and it lets the swinging drawbar move several inches to one side or the other. It's for plowing on hillsides and keeping the plow in the furrow . You move the drawbar one way or the other to keep the plow straight. I don't have a picture of one ,maybe somebody else can send you one.
