Don't be afraid of Murphy's stroker kit, we are running one with no trouble. Machinist that bored the block and prep work for crank journal clearance said this kit was a wiz to work with and put together. Be prepared for some carb work, this motor wants huge volumes of air and fuel. We turn 3000 rpm ,and have even started to pull in some mph classes with success. Our compression is high enough we need 116 race fuel.
