Would You?

I have a chance to make a tractor trade and wanted to hear some opinions before I commit to it.

I have a 1948 Case VAC w/aftermarket 3-point, Belt pully, PTO, decent tin and tires and runs beautifully except that the governor doesn't seem to work.

I can trade it for a 1942 Farmall M that belongs to a friend of mine. Perfect tin, fair tires, PTO, swinging drawbar, NO Hydraulics. Runs good with no smoke.

Thoughts? Fair trade?
