As far as the tractor, yellow paint does not necessarily make it "industrial," just as green paint does not make it a John Deere. People painted tractors all sorts of wacky colors for various reasons, and this tractor is around 60 years old. A lot can happen in 60 years.
Pictures would help. You can upload your pictures in the "help identify" section of the galleries on this site if you don't have a membership on an external photo hosting site. You cannot post pictures directly to the forums here.
My best guess on the tractor is that if it looks like a Super C and has indents in the hood like a 200, then it is probably a 200. It might be a 230 as well, but most 230's came with a different hydraulic unit under the gas tank that did not have any cultivator lift arms.
