I agree, something seems wrong. I have 2 running WD-9's and a Super WD-9 that have been on light duties in their retirement for many years--none of them have that problem. The temperature gauge doesn't even move unless they are worked. The fact that your gauge moves that far as a parade tractor puzzles me. Would incorrect injection pump timing do that? Anyone?
