well don"t know what this rocking back forth is. if you don"t have them tightened evenly they will have some wobble. all you have to do is make sure all clamping surfaces are clean and use never seize on the threads. then just tighten the bolts in a star sequence lightly. not just tightening the rim down in one spot. that will put it out of whack right there. I just give them 3 tightening sequences and have never run into a tire wobbling. basically the rim cant really get too much out of true cause it is pressed against the hub and the clamps are just holding it there. and also when you push the tire and rim onto the hub you jack up the tractor and the rim basically falls into place.
