Like mentioned below- new tires can cost about what the tractors worth, so tire condition is a huge factor.
Does it have power steering? Fast Hitch? Wheel weights? Rims that aren't rusty? No major leaks? Have T/A and if so is it in good working order? PTO work good? Clutch and brake pedals in nice shape or bushings worn out and sloppy? Transmission work smoothly through all the gears with no more than the "usual" gear noise? Anything major been cobbled up or welded? Hydraulics work good? Usually on these tractors "nice paint" is the last of what a person is concerned with when determining price.
