If your SN# is 501 thru 28174 there are several places shown to have it on www.tractor-part.com. One is Bates Corp. 1-800-248-2955. They show it under the Delco part #1108913. The IH part number is 61061DA.
If your SN # is 28175 or higher, I have not found anything yet. The part # is IH 357908R91 or 1108982 is Delco #
I would determine the SN # and try local parts supplier using the Delco #. Or could a local business rebuild your present starter ?
