restoring an IH McCormick W4 1940/43

Just a general comment on finding information about the above tractor (I have posted a picture of it before starting work on it)
Anyone know a site dedicated to this tractor?
How do I find out about the original owner (I have found the compliance plate and serial number).
Look forward to info about these things.....
