For example, when he couldn't find crank inserts for my W-12, he remembered that early F-12s and W-12s had a "Lite" crankshaft that IHC would replace for free. Apparently the original owner of my W-12 didn't replace the weak crank. A call to Rice Equipment is "Priceless" if Gordon is working!
