Hi, my link did not work so go to page 2 of this form and look at photos in the 886 IPTO thread. This photo is from a large frame IH tractor but 484 is very similar. See caseih parts at: http://partstore.caseih.com/us/parts-search.html#epc::mr52540ar374046 For the oil seals around PTO and transmission input shaft. Like I said previous there is another end cap that has a seal around it. Our local IH mechanic just used RTV gasket sealer on the end cap.
