I clean my tanks with sand and water ,tie the tank to the rear wheel of another tractor and put 2-6 quarts of play sand (you can get it at Lowe's) use equal parts of water and either drive slowly for an hour or jackup tractor so that tire can spin freely , you will get 4 sides clean then turn the tank 90 degrees and go again . If it is shining on the inside flush with plenty of water and let air dry . NEW TANK...
