Pardon me stepping over from the 8N forum, but I need some expert IH information. The tool bar I've inherited is apparently one from an old IH design. Local ag supply folks tell me nothing is available to make it into a hiller because the angles are 45 degrees off the modern designs. Seems like to me a longer top link would affect the geometry and square it up so that regular clamps and hiller shafts would fit.
The local ag guy says that won't work. Any ideas to help this become a hiller? Thanks from an old 8N guy!
