mark, IMHO , An 806 falls into the same category as a 4020...95 to 105 horses depending on how it is built. Even at a purchase price of $4000 to $5000 depending on what is wrong or need some to a lot of attention You have a Rebuilder, a Fair to a Really Good tractor. As a Rebuilder sink $15000 to $20000 in a inside out, top to bottom, front to back, + a nice paint job and have a tractor that will last the rest of you Life! and you cant touch a New 100 hp tractor for that Money!!! As a fair to good tractor you may need to spend a little money to correct some wrongs that really need to be corrected or it may Not Need anything at all! Get it! if it isn't sending up warning signals when you walk up on it! I would get it and try it, betting on it not needing too much right off from the bat! If it needs tires Obviously that may be a point of contention to barter off from!! Hope this Helps! Later, John A.
