on the tree the throttle is at half throttle at idle,if i go below half throttle it dies..does go to full trottle...i have set govwith throttle wide open an lined up carb linkage with gov..i have looked at every thing in carte carb except low idle screw in bottom of carband bleed nozzle could not get out,,how are they to be set and any tips on getting them out..also idle screw does nothing..made sure hole was clear into carb throat....thanks dewy
