10-20 valve guides are repaceable, and they are the same as those used in F-20 heads. Rice Equipment and others sell replacemnts, but today they are rather pricey @ $18.20 each. If you are willing to sacrifice originality it is possible to bore through the old guide and install straight walled automotive type valve guides. The '39 head installed on my '34 F-20 had been repaired like that some time in the past. When I tore into it last summer the machine shop that did the head work did the remaining valve guides in that manner. It worked well.
