You need to remove the pan so you can see the bottom of the sleeves it mite take a day or so for coolant to show.The head gasket can also let coolant into the oil thats why removing pan you can determine if one of the rubber rings at the bottom of the sleeve is the culprit or head gasket. Usually if its the head gasket problem will be at the rear. If its the rubber ring in the sleeve it can take some time to show that you can see and it will usually be only one that leaks.
