Well, i hope you have a sharp 3/4 in drill bit,I would lay the pressed steel wheel down, and lay in a weight, and center it.Take your time make sure it's centered, and then take a marking pencil[a smaller tipped one] and mark the four holes that u plan to use, Remove the weight, and center punch the center,of the marked holes! How many u plan to put on, I have 6 on each side of my M.It wouldn't hurt to have some 1/2 in thick[big] washers made to put behind the bolts.
