If it is the same as the A and B, there is a fill plug for the belt pulley, but it is the same reservoir. When you put in new bearings IH recommends you pour a pint of oil in the pulley housing first, to guarantee that the bearings get lubrication. After that they are oiled by means of drip channels cast into the trans housing. The oil reaches those channels by means of the oiler gear, so it takes a while for the first lube to reach it.
