The short linkage rod which goes from the clutch lever diagonally up to the TA lever needs to be made shorter. The simplest way to adjust this is turn the cleves in a turn or two. Drive up an incline in fourth gear, push in the clutch. If the tractor doesn't roll back shorten the rod a few more turns and try it again. In other words the tractor will start to move in low TA and then shift to high as the clutch is fully ingauged.
