I would think you can still buy parts for the belly pinmp. But we need to correct a few things. 1 single way should stay up just as well as 2 way if all is good if you have new cylinders one would think they would be ok and if the plug in the other end of the cylinder is vented if the leaked the oil would come out the vent so cylinder ok if you plump back to the pump this is a good way to get more resavor. So the next thing we need to say is the pressure relife has nothing to do with holding the load up just pressure out put only these belly pumps had ball check valves to hold the cylinder up and some times the do get a grive in them if you replace them they will hold up we must remember the age of these tractors and look for cracks and any thing else that might have happened hver the years. If the pump has needles bearings in it when you get in there replace with brase bearings. Hope this helps
